How do I place my order online?

It's very simple, just follow the instrucions.
1. Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2. From the product page select the size (check the sizing chart for sizes) you'd like and click "Add to cart" button.
New window PayPal Shopping Cart will pop up with your item in it, you can adjust qantity and size remove item.
3. To add more items simply repeat step 2 until you're ready to check out.
4. Click "Secure Checkout" button in Shopping Cart window. If you can't find it
simply go back to item you added and click "View Cart" button.
5. Checkout process: This process involves 4 steps; Verify Your Order,
Shipping Information, Billing Information and Place Your Order.
If you have PayPal account log in and than you know what to do.
If you don't have PayPal account you can pay with credit card,
select "click here" button and follow instructions.

You will then receive an order confirmation email.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards
and electronic payments through PayPal.
Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

Charge on your statement will appear "Intoxicated Mind".

Is the site secure?

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Intoxicated Mind does not store your credit card and any customers personal information at any time.
We use PayPal to process all payments. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can send changes to sales@intoxicatedmind.com.
Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed.
Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

I already placed my order, and forgot to add a tee. How can I add it to my order?

We're sorry but we're unable to add to your order since we don't store credit card information.
You will have to place a new order for the additional shirt.

I haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order has been shipped
from our warehouse. US orders currently take from 3-5 business days to arrive.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your
local post office to make sure your package is not being held.
